To ensure smooth scheduling and respect for all clients, please review the following cancellation policy: Cancellations: Clients must cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a 50% cancellation fee. No-Shows: Failure to show up for an appointment without notice will result in a 100% service charge. Repeat no-shows may be blocked from future bookings. Late Arrivals: There is a 15-minute grace period. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled or shortened depending on the schedule, and a late fee may apply. Emergency Situations: I understand that life happens. If you’re dealing with an emergency, please communicate as soon as possible—I’m happy to work with you when I can.
