Whether you're starting your journey, maintaining mature locs, or bringing damaged locs back to life, my goal is to leave your hair healthier than I found it. Cancellation Policy
Your time is valuable, and so is mine.
To keep my schedule running smoothly and fairly for all My Loves, please review the following policies:
Deposits
A $20 nonrefundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Your deposit will be applied toward your service total.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
Deposits may be transferred one time when at least 24 hours' notice is given. Changes made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the deposit being forfeited. A new deposit will be required to book another appointment.
No-Shows
Failure to show without notice will result in the loss of your deposit. Repeat no-shows may be required to prepay in full or may be restricted from future bookings.
Late Arrivals
A 15-minute grace period is allowed. After 15 minutes, your appointment may need to be shortened, rescheduled, or canceled depending on the remaining schedule.
Emergency Situations
I understand that life happens. Please communicate with me as soon as possible. Grace may be extended at my discretion.
